métisse live! vol.5 Sato Anna

métisse's live performance series " métisse live!"
We introduce Sato Anna from Amami island, Japan at vol.3.

Amami island, located in the ocean between Kagoshima Prefecture and the main island of Okinawa, preserves many cultures that are both diverse and rare, a mixture of Okinawa and Kagoshima. Among these, the island songs "shima-uta" have a variety of themes, including casual scenes of daily life, farewells, longing, the hardships of colonial times and moral lessons for children, and have been sung around the table with family and friends to the tune of the sanshin and tategoto.

Experience making authentic trout sushi with the help of a professional!

Toyama Prefecture is always ranked high in the rankings of prefectures with the tastiest sushi. When you think of sushi in Toyama, you think of "masu no sushi." The bright red of the trout stands out against the shine of the high-quality white rice, and the green of the bamboo leaves that encase it. Why not try making your own trout sushi from Tairazushi Hompo, a shop beloved by locals for its unique taste?
