A free & open space for everyone, to work, talk and relax. Spend your free time drinking and talking with people you meet. The murals from the first floor to the rooftop, filled with the métisse worldview, are the work of the Japanese shadow puppeter/musician, KAWAMURA Koheisai.

KAWAMURA Koheysai is a Japanese shadow puppet performer and musician. He studied traditional shadow puppetry wayang kulit and the musical instrument gamelan in Indonesia. Returning to Japan, he began creating original peices based on folk tales and stories from all around Japan, and has visited Nanto many times, creating several shadow performances.
In this mural, more than 100 icons of characters and objects related to Nanto are depicted, from ancient relics of the Jomon Era and fantastic creatures like kappas and dragons, to strong local customs such as Shishimai lion dances, Yotaka andon lanterns and Hatsuuma horse dances.
